Manor Lake Dawsonville was completed in summer 2021 with a “lakehouse/farmhouse” theme and color palette due to its proximity to Lake Lanier and North Georgia farmland communities. Dawsonville is best known for Bill and Chase Elliott of NASCAR fame. The theater theme, colors, and art concepted by Anderson with Sam Vinson features Chase Elliott, NASCAR, Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, and memorabilia and elements unique to Dawsonville. Manor Lake gifted the Elliott family the same canvas which they framed and donated to the Dawsonville museum. We also created large pieces for the Lakehouse and Farmhouse corridors in AL featuring art and colors themed for the two lounges.
