Fall 2013 was start of the remodel of this 20 year old industrial style building. Anderson worked with Spiezle Architectural Group and other consultants on a new exterior. The interior design needed bold scale and colors to detract from existing exposed HVAC ducts and electrical conduits in the main common areas and major lighting improvements. The final phase, new memory care wing was completed Summer 2016….with Grand Opening in October.
