Sometimes answering a “robocall” is really a new client with a new project? After the client’s poor experiences with other designers, Anderson Plus took over design for Manor Lake Hiram project completed in 2018. Athens is 4th Manor Lake Development senior living project. Anderson chose an “urban chic” design theme with a palette of pewter, silver, and platinum enhanced by subtle touches of the University of Georgia’s black and red colors throughout as most families have a connection to UGA.
